Reserved box truck parking will be available - located in the dirt between Reserve grooming and the main show building.
Include your name, telephone number & email address, what you are reserving, & how many spots. TYPE OF VEHICLE, VEHICLE PLATE & STATE, LENGTH OF VEHICLE, & NUMBER OF DOGS
Any special requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Reserved spaces will be monitored and enforced. Reserved space is limited and applications received after allotted space is filled will be refunded via PayPal.
- X-pens are not allowed in buildings, or in buildings with show rings, or on any grassy areas at the show site unless you are camping and it's in your designated camping spot.
- If using generators, they must be properly exhausted with 1) a side exhaust stack or 2) flex hosing long enough to extend into the aisle way clear from others on each side. Vans not properly exhausted must be immediately corrected or you will be required to leave the grounds or move to the main lot (No Refunds) - Proper exhausting is for the safety of all people and dogs.
- Generators may operate from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm unless excessive heat conditions occur.
- Arguing and/or profanity toward the Parking committee or Club Members will result in immediate excusal from grounds. No refunds for this event.
- The Parking Committee & CWKC reserve the right to manage & designate parking spots according to the needs of the club & governing rules of the show site. Size of rig & reservation receipt dates will be considered but are not the exclusive determining factor in assigning spaces.
- Dogs are not permitted to be left in vehicles overnight on show grounds
