Reserved grooming assignments will be posted at the show.
8’x8’ (approximate) Reserved Grooming Space Fee - $45.00 for 3 days
- No dogs can be crated overnight
A limited number of reserved grooming spaces will be available inside the Industrial Building north of the Arena Building. There will be no Reserved Grooming in the Arena Building. For obedience and Rally entries, free crating areas will be available inside the south end of the Arena close to the performance rings.
Reserved spaces will be monitored and enforced. Some spaces will be irregular due to pillars and walls and must be accepted as assigned. Access to electrical outlets are not exclusive and not reserved. Sharing of electricity is encouraged. Grooming spaces must not be extended into the aisles. Exhibitors using aisles as additional space for crating and/or grooming will be asked to clear the aisle. A second request will result in benching.
You will not receive a notice confirming your reservation.
All grooming will be available at NOON on Thursday, July 24, 2025. There will be a list displayed at the front door of the Industrial Building indicating where your reserved spots are located.
You will need to unload & move your vehicle to a designated parking area. Cars parked in NO Parking will be Towed at the owner's expense.
Vehicles will have 30 minutes to unload & then will have to be moved to Day
Parking.
- RESERVE GROOMING REGULATIONS -
- Arguing and/or profanity toward the Grooming committee or Club Members will result in immediate excusal from grounds. No refunds for this event.
- Exhibitors are responsible for damages & clean-up of their spaces - Trashcans will be provided.
- Anyone wishing to be together must send in one reservation and will be under the name listed on the checkout form
- If it is necessary for the Club to have a vehicle towed in the unloading zone for any reason, towing charges will be at the owner’s expense.
- Grooming reservations are non-refundable
- Reservations will be taken on a first-come basis, but may be assigned at the discretion of the committee.
- X-pens are not allowed in buildings, or in buildings with show rings, or on any grassy areas at the show site unless you are camping and its in your designated spot.
- Any special requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
