RV Parking & Grooming IMPORTANT information
Please read before purchasing!
"Unlimited" is the camping out by FastCAT on the back fence on the blacktop.
"35 MAX" is the camping to the right of the show building. These spots are small and will not fix anything over 35ft!
We will not be able to move you if you select the wrong RV length location.
MOVE IN FOR GROOMING & RV's is not open until 2:00PM Thursday afternoon!
We will not be able to move you in early, please make plans to arrive on time when the parking attendant
will be on-site and available.
Dry Camping
Dry Camping will be available in the large dirt lot on the left of the main gates.
Dry Camping is only available Thursday Night, Friday Night, Saturday Night
- Dry camping spots will not be assigned - Please be respectful of others when parking
Dry camping is available in the designated dry camping field. Generators may be run into the night, and those choosing to dry camp acknowledge and accept that generator noise will be present. Additionally, all generators must be elevated off the ground due to current fire danger requirements.
RV Parking Chairman will be at show site Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 2:00pm & will park RVs until Midnight He will resume parking RVs at 6:30 am Friday morning, July 24, 2025.
- PARKING REGULATIONS -
- Arguing and/or profanity toward the Parking committee or Club Members will result in immediate excusal from grounds.
- The Parking Committee & CWKC reserve the right to manage & designate parking spots according to the needs of the club & governing rules of the show site. Size of rig & reservation receipt dates will be considered but are not the exclusive determining factor in assigning spaces.
- Exhibitors are responsible for damages & clean-up of their parking spaces. Trash dumpsters will be provided.
- If it is necessary for the Clubs to have a vehicle towed away for any reason, towing charges will be at the owner’s expense.
BOX TRUCK RESERVED PARKING

Reserved box truck parking will be available - located in the dirt between Industrial Building and the main show building.
NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING/PARKING ALLOWED IN THIS SECTION
Box Van spots do not have electrical access - you will need to have a generator
Include your name, telephone number & email address, what you are reserving, & how many spots. TYPE OF VEHICLE, VEHICLE PLATE & STATE, LENGTH OF VEHICLE, & NUMBER OF DOGS
Any special requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Reserved spaces will be monitored and enforced. Reserved space is limited and applications received after allotted space is filled will be refunded via PayPal.
- X-pens are not allowed in buildings, or in buildings with show rings, or on any grassy areas at the show site unless you are camping and it's in your designated camping spot. (NO X-PENS IN BOX VAN PARKING ON GRASS - ONLY THE GRAVEL)
- If using generators, they must be properly exhausted with 1) a side exhaust stack or 2) flex hosing long enough to extend into the aisle way clear from others on each side. Vans not properly exhausted must be immediately corrected or you will be required to leave the grounds or move to the main lot (No Refunds) - Proper exhausting is for the safety of all people and dogs.
- Generators may operate from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm unless excessive heat conditions occur.

8’x8’ (approximate) Reserved Grooming Space Fee - $50.00 for 3 days
- No dogs can be crated overnight
A limited number of reserved non-electric accessible grooming spaces will be available inside the Main Show building.
Reserved spaces will be monitored and enforced. Some spaces will be irregular due to pillars and walls and must be accepted as assigned. Grooming spaces must not be extended into the aisles. Exhibitors using aisles as additional space for crating and/or grooming will be asked to clear the aisle. A second request will result in benching.
You will not receive a notice confirming your reservation.
All grooming will be available at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 23, 2026. There will be a lists displayed in multiple locations indicating where your reserved spots are located.
You will need to unload & move your vehicle to a designated parking area. Cars parked in NO Parking will be Towed at the owner's expense.
Vehicles will have 30 minutes to unload & then will have to be moved to Day
Parking.
