If you wish to park a towed vehicle in or next to a reserved spot, then you must reserve a separate spot for that vehicle. Any towed vehicles may be parked in the free parking area.
RV Parking Chairman will be at show site Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 12:00 noon & will park RVs until Midnight. He will resume parking RVs at 6:30 am Friday morning, July 25, 2025.
- PARKING REGULATIONS -
- Arguing and/or profanity toward the Parking committee or Club Members will result in immediate excusal from grounds. No refunds for this event.
- The Parking Committee & CWKC reserve the right to manage & designate parking spots according to the needs of the club & governing rules of the show site. Size of rig & reservation receipt dates will be considered but are not the exclusive determining factor in assigning spaces.
- Exhibitors are responsible for damages & clean-up of their parking spaces. Trash dumpsters will be provided.
- Those not marking vehicle length or how many slides on reservation correctly risk not fitting is the spot and will not be able to be reassigned upon arrivalÂ
- Anyone wishing to park together must arrive together
- If it is necessary for the Clubs to have a vehicle towed away for any reason, towing charges will be at the owner’s expense.
- Only ONE motor-home/trailer and ONE vehicle with space. Additional vehicles for trailer space need to park in Free Day Parking
- Parking reservations are non-refundable
- Reservations will be taken on a first-come basis, but may be assigned at the discretion of the committee.
